The home is located on a small key (island) named Key Royale, which is attached to the larger Anna Maria Island by a small bridge.  Key Royale is purely a residential area, known for it's high quality homes and beautiful streets.  One side of the island borders Tampa Bay and the other side in on a more sheltered bay called Bimini Bay.  The Island has boat canals carved into it from the Bimini Bay side.  It is a wonderful natural harbor.  The Jewel is the second house from the end on the Bimini Bay side.  It has a view of Bimini bay while being on a sheltered canal.  It is a unique setting, with the beauty of the bay and a nautical flavor.
